"So.. why are we here again hyung?" Jongdae asks, scratching his head as he looks over at the much taller male. He's very confused about why Kris and Luhan dragged him out of the house this morning to a kid park, and then Luhan suddenly ditched them. So now, he has to spend time with Kris, who doesn't seem very happy at the moment.

Kris shrugs, "Well, you have a free day so why not show me around? Since you know, i'm new and all" Kris scratches his nape awkwardly, not sure of what else to say, only hoping Jongdae would buy his stupid excuse.

"Oh ... " Jongdae nods understandingly while smiling brightly, which surprises Kris a bit, "Where do you want to go hyung?"

Kris shrugs again, "I don't know, wherever you want" Truth is, Kris doesn't like doing this at all. He's much rather prefer sleeping at home. He's lazy like that. He had to spend a whole day yesterday to help Jongdae with his stupid homework and now he has to spend another day with him? Sure, Jongdae is nice and friendly and whatnot but that does not mean he wants to hang out with the kid all the damn time. Not to mention, Luhan decided to ditch them at the last minute and ran off before Kris had the chance to argue, so now he's stuck spending the whole day with Jongdae.

"Wanna go get some food first hyung? I'm kinda hungry" Jongdae asks, rubbing his stomach as he looks at Kris with pleading eyes, "You guys dragged me out of the house before i had the chance to eat"

"Oh uhm" Kris looks down on the ground, kicking it as he answers, "You got money? Cause i don't"

Jongdae smiles, "Yep, Minseok hyung gave me some! Today's meal is my treat hyung"

"Oh okay, cool. Let's go." Kris grins. Don't be fool by his skinny body, Kris actually loves food with a passion.

Jongdae drags Kris to a near by noodle store. Since Kris can't read Korean, Jongdae helps him order. The two then proceed to eat. Jongdae, once again, stares at Kris as he consumes his food. Kris, who's starting to feel really uncomfortable, glances up with a mouthful of noodle, "Whry rar ru shtaring at me"

Jongdae tilts his head in a questioning manner. Kris quickly swallow the food and glares at Jongdae, "Why are you always staring whenever i eat?"

Jongdae giggles, "Because ... You look interesting when you eat hyung" Jongdae lowers his head to take a first bite of his food, "Don't you think it's funny that whenever he spend time together, there's always food involve?"

It's true. Even though Kris just came for a few days, every time he and Jongdae were to be around each other, there's always food involve.

"Uhm yeah, funny" Kris nods indifferently and goes back to finishing his meal.

"What the hell are you doing here?" Minseok folds his arms and taps his foot annoyingly when he finds Luhan knocking on the door, "You were supposed to keep Jongdae out of the house"

Luhan grins and sticks out his tongue, "Don't worry, Kris is doing that already. I just thought maybe i should help you"

"I don't need your help" Minseok says blandly.

Luhan frowns, "Sure you do, you're throwing a party! There's a lot of things to do"

"But i don't need your help"

"Aww c'mon Minseok. I know we started off on the wrong foot but please let me make it right to you"

"Yeah, sure. Last time i heard that i lost my suitcase"

Luhan's frown remains on his face, "You sure know how to hold a grudge" He then rolls his eyes slightly, hoping Minseok didn't see, "Just give me another chance please" Luhan clasps his hands together and blinks his eyes innocently while pursing his lips.

Minseok rolls his eyes and sighs loudly, "Fine"

"Really?" Luhan beams.

"Just hurry and get in" Minseok pushes the door open all the way and walks back in the house.

"Holy shit Minseok" Luhan gasps, "What did you do?!"

Minseok frowns and looks at the house, "It's not that bad is it"

"Oh damn Minseok, i'm sure glad i came back to help you" Luhan observes around, his mouth hanging open in disbelieved, "What the hell did you do? And does that say HAPY BITHDAY JONDAE? "

Minseok pouts and folds his arms, "I messed up some of the letters okay?"

"Sweetie, you messed up more than just some letters okay?" Luhan scoffs, still in complete shock of what's around him. There are torn construction paper all over the house, the birthday sign is missing some letters, decorations are awkwardly hanged, the colors don't go well together and the whole thing just seems horrible.

"Oh man, this is a disaster" Luhan mumbles to himself as he stares at the decorations.

"Yah! That's enough!" Minseok hisses, obviously not pleased with the way Luhan is judging his "artwork". He folds his arms and stares at Luhan, "Can you better?"

Luhan smirks, "Ha, can i? Hun, i was born to party" Luhan then makes his way toward Minseok, "I can decorate this thing with my eyes closed and it's still a lot better than this. No offense"

"Just because you say 'no offense' doesn't make it any less offensive" Minseok mumbles.

Luhan smiles, a genuine smile this time, "Sorry. I just can't help it" He places a hand on Minseok's shoulder, "Should we start cleaning this mess?"

"Fine" Minseok rolls his eyes as Luhan refers his decoration to a mess.

"How about i work on the decorations and you work on whatever else that you need to do" Luhan says as he gathers the trash on the floor and yanks the ugly poster off of the wall.

"Okay" Minseok nods and heads toward the kitchen to go over his plans.

The two then divides the workload. Luhan begins decorating the house and making birthday sign while Minseok starts calling people to make they are coming, and to also make sure his gift for Jongdae will arrive on time.

"Minseok-ah, come look!" Luhan beams, his hands clasps together as he admires his own work.

"What -" Minseok's mouth forms an O shape as he looks around the house. The decorations are perfect and the birthday sign actually say "Happy Birthday Jongdae". Luhan even drew a cartoon version of Jongdae with a birthday cake.

"So, what do you think?" Luhan smiles, looking over at Minseok.

"Wow ...." Minseok manages to day, "It's actually pretty nice"

It's actually a whole lot more than just "pretty nice", but Minseok doesn't want Luhan to know that. Everything just turn out a whole lot better than what Minseok imagined. Minseok expected Luhan to screw up so that he can yell at and make fun of him, but the outcome surprises Minseok.

"Wow, can't believe it. You can actually be helpful" Minseok says, still clearly amazed with what Luhan had done to the house.

"Of course" Luhan grins cockily, "what else should we do?"

"Nothing" Minseok shrugs, "Now, we wait for everyone and my gift to come..."

"What did you get him?"

"It's a secret" Minseok grins.
